Thai Airways International to cover all flights of Thai Smile Airways

On January 1, Thai Airways International (THAI) will be covering all flights earlier functioned by its subordinate, Thai Smile Airways, declared the public company.

Customers of Thai Smile are directed to contact THAI with the help of its website, representative offices and contact center, as they will take possession of from the contact channels of the economical airline inclusive of the merger.

THAI will take possession of all Thai Smile procedures and facilities as part of the parent company’s business recovery strategy, as per a press release from the company.

Although Thai Smile’s contact center will be functioning till December 31, its website was shut on December 16.

Thai Smile aimed on encompassing national and short-haul global flights. With the discontinuation of Thai Smile, THAI will cater to all the routes covered by Thai Smile. All Thai Smile workers, comprising pilots and team members, will change to Thai Airways, together with putting on THAI outfits.

However, customers possessing tickets of Thai Smile air can still fly as programmed, with their seats booked on THAI flights. Customers of Thai Smile who want to alter their travel programmes may contact THAI with the help of accessible channels.
