The MSC Lirica introduced a succession of cruises from a new homeport in Brazil previously this month.
Inclusive of MSC Cruises’ six-ship program in South America, the process presents Paranaguá as an opening point for a succession of seven-night cruises to Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay.
Besides the new homeport, the regular route of the 2,000-guest vessel also comprises touring Punta del Este, Buenos Aires and Itajaí along with two entire days at sea.
With the exclusion of Punta del Este, travelers are capable to begin their cruises in all of the cruises’ ports of call.
Márcia Leite, the operations director for MSC in Brazil said that MSC Cruises is continuously in search of new destinations. They saw a prospect to introduce Paranaguá in their itineraries because of the potentials that it offers for those eager to sail on their ships.
Leite said that the new homeport functions as a significant retreat for passengers living in Southern Brazilian states like Paraná and Santa Catarina.
A total of 17 cruises out of the new homeport will be presented in the course of the 2023-24 period, which prolongs through late March.
