Today, Mr. Ajay Bhatt, the Union Minister of State for Tourism, organized an interactive meeting with the stakeholders of tourism based in Bengaluru. While speaking about the situation post-COVID, the Minister stated the way India led by Mr. Narendra Modi, the Honorable Prime Minister revived successfully from the pandemic and currently on the path to grow and develop. Also, he observed that the tourism in current context has improved a lot with several tourists thronging the places of interest in India.
Also, he emphasized that the vivacious villages being developed in India by enhancing connectivity and how the borders are getting re-opened once again for tourists. In the meeting, it was informed that in two months, the Tourism Ministry will present a new website with contact numbers of the buyers and sellers and also licensed tourist Guides.
It was brought to the attention of the ministers by the representatives of the hotel and travel industry that numerous tourist places don’t have electric vehicle charging ports, toilets, and licensed guides.
