Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) has unveiled its inaugural Customer Service Centre, strategically positioned at the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station of the High-Speed Rail. This center is designed to elevate the overall customer experience for patrons of both GBA and its affiliated airline, Donghai Airlines. Positioned conveniently at the terminus of the High-Speed Rail connecting Hong Kong to Mainland China’s national high-speed rail network, the Customer Service Centre provides a comprehensive array of services for local and Mainland China customers.
Services offered at the center encompass the booking of flights for both GBA and Donghai Airlines, ticketing services, the sale of souvenir items, and addressing general inquiries. The strategic collaboration between GBA and Donghai Airlines enables them to cross-sell air tickets, fostering enhanced convenience for customers traveling from Mainland cities served by Donghai Airlines to international destinations through Shenzhen/Zhuhai and Hong Kong.
Under a novel arrangement with the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), GBA customers can avail themselves of check-in services at the AAHK counter located in the same Arrival Concourse of Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. Additionally, GBA passengers can have their baggage seamlessly transferred directly to Hong Kong International Airport.
Ms. Gloria Slethaug, General Manager, Marketing and Sales at Greater Bay Airlines, expressed the company’s commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for all passengers. The establishment of the Customer Service Centre reflects their dedication to enhancing the customer experience. The limited-time celebration of the center’s opening includes a Buy One Get One Free promotion in collaboration with Donghai Airlines. Until December 23, 2023, customers purchasing a one-way or roundtrip “Flex Go” ticket departing Hong Kong on GBA can redeem a corresponding one-way or roundtrip ticket for any designated destination departing Shenzhen or Zhuhai on Donghai Airlines. Terms and conditions apply, and both the promotion period and seats are limited.
The Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Centre, located at Shop No. WEK B2-4 (near Arrival Concourse, Exit A), Level B2, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, High-Speed Rail, operates from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Having initiated scheduled services in July 2022, GBA presently operates flights to Bangkok, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Ho Chi Minh City, and Manila. This move solidifies Hong Kong’s strategic role as an international aviation hub.
