Luxury Villas company appoints its new GM

The CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas, Scott Wiseman, has recently declared the employment of Victoria Johne as the general manager of WIMCO St. Barth Properties. Johne brings with her over 15 years of experience to this new position.
