Travel And Tour World: Tell me more about your product.
Jose Maria Ramon Cardona: Neobookings are not only a technology but a consultancy for direct sales. We help hoteliers to improve their bookings on their website. We offer them high conversion rate booking engine. We also do special strategic digital marketing campaigns. We have solutions for hotels (both individual and chain) and help them for all the payment systems. We also process direct website sales.

Travel And Tour World: How does Neobookings help customers directly? How does it track your conversion? Can the hotel managers book it online?

Jose Maria Ramon Cardona: Neobookings provide tracking system for the marketing campaigns. So we always can give them specific benefits of the profits of the campaigns or the dashboard and our strategic vision of the hotels.
In Neobookings’ booking system, we put a pixel in our track manager. So we can see in real time how the company is working.

Travel And Tour World: Besides hotel do you provide software for restaurants, clubs, and other hospitality places?

Jose Maria Ramon Cardona: We have solutions for hotel’s day pass, swimming pool and other parts of the hotels. We can provide like an e-commerce for all services that are provided by our hotel or accommodation.

Travel And Tour World: You provide software for billing and financial stuff?

Jose Maria Ramon Cardona: We are a PCR solution. So we can process and verify every credit card arriving to our system. We can receive the booking of the direct we, website booking and other OTAs.

Travel And Tour World: Which are the markets of Neobooking? Do you want to expand your market to other destinations as well?

Jose Maria Ramon Cardona: We are in Spain and in September we moved to Mexico. This moment we are open but it is not our main door. Our system is in English but we provide solution in every alternate in the world.
