Adorned in shades of red, pink, and white, the fresh Afternoon Tea menu glistens with the enchantment of a winter romance in Tokyo. Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day, White Day (March 14), or simply enjoying a special date night, couples can anticipate a magical dining experience, enriched by indulgent flavors and the warm hospitality of Four Seasons.
Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Thibaud remarks, “From January to March, Japan experiences the peak season for strawberries, offering our guests the opportunity to savor the finest harvest. Strawberries, admired in Ancient Rome as a symbol of Venus, the goddess of love, have been cherished across generations for their heart-shaped form and vibrant red hue. Chocolate, meanwhile, has symbolized passion since the era of the Aztecs.

Couples are cordially invited to enjoy a selection of six delectable desserts crafted by Chef Patrick, complemented by refined savories curated by the Michelin-acclaimed Chef Daniel Calvert. This sumptuous spread is served in the sunlit ambiance of MAISON MARUNOUCHI, framed by iconic Tokyo vistas. As Shinkansen bullet trains glide past, lovers will find all the inspiration they need to reflect on their journey together and dream new dreams side by side.
Savor enchanting delights like the Chocolate & Strawberry Cake, adorned with almonds and Chantilly cream; Chocolate & Strawberry Choux, crowned with fresh strawberries; and White Chocolate & Strawberry Mousse, a delightful blend of crispy biscuit and velvety mousse. The sweet offerings also feature a Strawberry Tart with luscious cream; Strawberry Panna Cotta with a jelly topping; and Chocolate Scone with freeze-dried strawberries.
On the savory side, explore exquisite bites prepared by Chef Daniel, the visionary talent behind SÉZANNE (2 Michelin stars). Classic bistro dishes are artfully reimagined with a seasonal Japanese twist.
