Four Seasons, in collaboration with Fungseng Prosperity Holdings Limited, has unveiled plans for a new hotel in Shanghai, signaling a significant expansion for the luxury hospitality company within one of China’s pivotal cities.
The forthcoming Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai will ascend 44 stories, offering 160 meticulously designed rooms and suites, and is set to open its doors to guests in 2027. Situated along the renowned Huaihai Zhong Road in the Huangpu district of Puxi, the hotel will be positioned at the core of the city’s bustling shopping, dining, and entertainment district. This area is characterized by neoclassical villas that showcase Shanghai’s modern creativity and Art Deco heritage architecture.
