Today, FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (trading on TSX-V as FLY and on OTCQX as FLYLF) announced a renewed multi-year agreement with Jordan Aviation PSC (JAV). The deal focuses on equipping JAV’s fleet, including Boeing 767, 737, and Airbus A320 aircraft, with FLYHT’s advanced software solutions. This partnership, initially established in 2009, aims to enhance JAV’s operational efficiency and flight performance.
The continuation of this collaboration includes a comprehensive package of software services from FLYHT, such as Satcom, FLYHTLog, FleetWatch, FLYHTHealth, and FLYHTQAR, currently implemented on five of JAV’s aircraft.
Kent Jacobs, FLYHT’s President and Interim CEO, expressed pride in contributing to Jordan Aviation’s ongoing success through this renewed contract. He emphasized the competitive edge FLYHT’s AFIRS solutions bring to their long-term clients.
Echoing this sentiment, Mike Hawkins, Jordan Aviation’s Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager, highlighted the airline’s commitment to exceeding international standards and client expectations, particularly in handling complex logistics challenges. He credited FLYHT’s solutions as a key factor in their decade-long success and in supporting their Worldwide AOC operations for various clients.
The value of this renewed contract stands at around US$583,000, contingent upon the complete provision of services throughout the five-year agreement term.
