Trip.com Group and Penang Global Tourism (PGT) inks MoU

Trip.com Group and Penang Global Tourism (PGT) have inked an agreement that encompasses
their prevailing collaboration to an international level.

With this new agreement, the platforms of Trip.com Group, involving Trip.com and Ctrip will support
incoming tourism to Penang throughout the upcoming three years.

This growth will now witness Penang being upheld to tourists from worldwide markets comprising
mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia.

Since 2016, Trip.com Group and PGT have been cooperating and this contract still attains a few
pioneers – Trip.com Group is PGT’s first worldwide associate, while PGT is likewise Trip.com Group’s first
international associate inside Malaysia. It is also the first MoU after the pandemic between these two
organizations.
