Nashville Area Country Dance Festival: The ultimate destination for global enthusiasts

The Nashville Dance Fest is scheduled to occur from January 26 to 28, 2024, in Nashville and Murfreesboro, TN, positioning itself as the premier gathering for country music dance enthusiasts globally. This distinctive festival promises a captivating and enjoyable experience, featuring workshops catering to all skill levels, competitive events in line dancing and swing dancing, and daily concerts showcasing a diverse lineup of country artists.

The event kicks off on Friday at Nashville Palace, Nashville, TN, with performances by Julia Cole and Teddy Robb. The festivities continue on Saturday and Sunday at Williamson Family Farm, Murfreesboro, TN, with Saturday’s lineup featuring Jon Langston, Tyler Braden, and Cody Bradley, and Sunday’s lineup presenting Bryan Martin, Tigirlily Gold, and Kaleb Sanders.

Co-founded by Adia Nuño and Taylor Winston, who will spearhead the festival alongside their seasoned team of instructors, Nashville Dance Fest aims to harness the transformative power of music and dance to bring healing and joy to communities. Taylor Winston, a Co-Founder, expresses their belief in this magic, stating, “We truly believe that the magic of music and dance has the power to bring healing and joy to our communities.”

With over 25 years of combined experience in the dance community, Nuño and Winston are excited to unite their expertise and present this unparalleled experience to the vibrant Nashville area. Adia Nuño, Co-Founder, emphasizes Nashville’s spirited atmosphere as the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary event, where individuals from across the globe can come together, share in the experience, and forge lasting connections.

Adia Nuño made a significant impact in 2017 when she entered the dance scene, leveraging her 15 years of dance instruction and choreography expertise. As the co-owner of KickStart Country Events, she has become a key influencer in the country dance scene, orchestrating successful dance conventions, including the YESSS!! Country Dance Convention, the biggest event of its kind in the United States.

Taylor Winston, with over 12 years of experience contributing to community development through dance, played a pivotal role in establishing dance events in southern California. After relocating to Nashville, TN, he became a key figure at the Nashville Palace, working to build a robust dance community at the venue.
