DCT Abu Dhabi & JTB sign MoU

At this week’s Arabian Travel Market, Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism and Jordan’s Tourism Board have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This MoU will perk up the growth potential of tourism for Jordan and Abu Dhabi, as partner entities working jointly to prop up efforts which are targeted to impel tourism and culture, while providing more gripping visitor experiences.


This agreement is a first-of-its-kind. It was signed by the Director General for Tourism, H.E. Saleh Mohamed Saleh Al Geziry, at DCT Abu Dhabi, along with the Managing Director of the Jordan Tourism Board, Dr. Abdalrazzaq Arabiyat. The MoU is a one-year agreement that woukd reinforce tourism and financial assistance and construct dual-destination understanding to encourage incremental leisure traffic in the entire primary markets through affiliation on consumer and trade activities. As one of the most important global destinations that provide varied and unparalleled visitor experiences, the partnership allows Abu Dhabi to be present and erect awareness in new markets as well.


The Director General for Tourism, H.E. Saleh Mohamed Saleh Al Geziry, at DCT Abu Dhabi, said that they are thrilled to declare their partnership with the Jordan Tourism Board. This partnership brings two exclusive destinations together to improve foreign tourism, fortify monetary assistance, and make cultural exchange easy, which they consider will profit both the countries.
