In the Turia Garden, Valencia, Novotel will be introducing a new flagship hotel in 2024. Turia Graden is a popular area in the city of Valencia located between the historic center and the Palacio de Congresos. This garden area stretches over 9 kilometres and is ideal for walking, cycling, practicing sports or enjoying the recreation areas. The hotel’s design will be a blend of modernity and traditionalism, a combination of both, reflecting the architecture of the city.
In Spain, Novotel Valencia will be the first to be featured as the brand’s Sundukovy Sisters’ design concept, which is categorized by its timelessness, modernism, and stylishness. The project is being headed by Mönica Fullana, the architecture and interior design studio, and will have a gorgeous rooftop with an outdoor pool and bar that is anticipated to be the city’s one of the most popular locales. It will be opening in late 2024.
The hotel will be changed from the erstwhile Expo Hotel Valencia. This 12-storey building will be totally revamped and modernized. The conversion project will have around 370 rooms, a restaurant, coffee shop, a rooftop terrace, a breakfast room, a gym, and an enormous meeting space and coworking area.
