Saudia, Saudi Arabia’s national flag carrier, clinched the top spot in the 2023 Ipsos Saudi Arabia Reputation Monitor Survey, emerging as the Most Trusted Organization among 80 brands in the country.
The survey’s index gauges the level of trust in organizations across Saudi Arabia, with 100 as the benchmark for an average organization’s trust level. The highest-ranking organization scored 177, while the lowest stood at 64.
Ipsos, a renowned global market research leader, released the findings of its 2023 survey, analyzing critical elements contributing to bolstering corporate reputation. The evaluation centered on key pillars such as advocacy, trust, favorability, familiarity, and awareness.
Khaled Tash, Chief Marketing Officer of Saudia Group, emphasized, “Saudia’s attainment of the top position in the Ipsos 2023 Reputation Monitor underscores the success of our revamped strategic approach.
