Hilton has officially signed a management agreement for the 800-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, expanding its Signia portfolio. The new-build hotel, under construction and set to open in late 2026, will be connected to the Indiana Convention Center and serve as an anchor hotel as part of the city’s convention center expansion. The property is owned by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County and will be developed by Kite Realty, with Hilton handling management.

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, located in a prominent convention city in the United States, aims to be a standalone destination, providing guests with cosmopolitan amenities and exceptional services in an elegant setting. As the tallest hotel in the city, the 40-story, 800-room property will offer direct access to the convention center through a skywalk over Capitol Avenue once construction is completed.

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is designed to offer a seamless blend of sophistication and functionality, catering to various types of gatherings. Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, set to open in late 2026, will feature 90,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom. The meeting spaces will prioritize Signia’s signature meeting experience, offering tailored, attentive service and modern technologies for optimal collaboration. The hotel will house seven distinct dining concepts, including a speakeasy bar, a vibrant top-level sky bar reflecting the local vibe, and a chef-driven restaurant providing an elevated gastronomic experience for locals and guests alike.
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, set to open in late 2026, will introduce Club Signia, offering discerning guests an exclusive, intimate experience inspired by private membership clubs.
