Abani Kant Jha to lead EaseMyTrip as CFO

Abani Kant Jha has been appointed by EaseMyTrip as the Chief Finance Officer. He holds morea than 13 years of experience and has worked with prestigious corporate groups like Aditya Birla Chemicals (Thailand) Limited, Koutons Retail India Limited and Container Rail Road Services Private Limited, etc before   joining EaseMyTrip.

In his new role Jha will be responsible for strategic finance, accounts and commercial functions and will reporting  to Nishant Pitti, CEO, EaseMyTrip.

Jha holds a master’s degree in business administration from GlobalNxt University, Malaysia and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Nishant Pitti, CEO and Co-Founder, EaseMyTrip was very happy with the appointment and said that Abani Kant Jha will now be heading EaseMyTrip’s finance vertical.

During the next phase of the compnay’s growth Jha’s professional expertise will be valuable. He was confident that Jha would better identify and manage risks related to finances to the company and capitalize on their business.

Abani Kant Jha will be working as a key interface between the corporate office and operations teams.  He will be managing end-to-end financial functions of the company along with providing insights in the financial decision-making process through analysis, financial projections and reporting scalable financial controls in operations.
