Expanding upon their well-established partnership, the recently extended agreement is poised to bolster Trip.com Group’s global expansion strategies for both its OTA (Online Travel Agency) and Trip.Biz TMC (Travel Management Company) in two significant avenues.
To start, Amadeus will maintain its role as the preferred provider of hotel content for Trip.Biz, a crucial component of Trip.com’s global growth initiative. This collaboration underscores Amadeus’s dedication to closely collaborating with and supporting Trip.Biz in its pursuit of global expansion. Furthermore, Trip.com Group has entered into a fresh agreement with Amadeus, enabling its customers to access content options from Amadeus Value Hotels (AVH) directly through the Trip.com Group platform.
This enhancement, which allows Trip.com Group’s customers to tap into AVH content, will open the doors to over 500,000 properties worldwide, encompassing content sourced directly by Amadeus.
