Across the bluish hue of the ocean comes a thrilling endeavour. This endeavour is facilitated by a collaboration between World Champion skydiver Will Penny and Skydive Maldives. They introduced the world to Ifuru Island, which became the first skydiving drop zone. For people who seek to hover above the Indian Ocean and boost their adrenaline, this skydiving option is for them. There is a private airport alongside an all-sunset and all-beach resort that will give visitors an unparalleled skydiving flavour.
The drop zone on Ifuru Island offers an unparalleled experience as it welcomes guests to experience the free fall above the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean. This will go on from November until March. From encountering the winged chariots of birds stretching and flying in lines beside you to the chunks of clouds, explorers can relish the panoramic Maldives. Alongside the vibrant reefs and island gems.
When the launch week was on, the heroic mountaineer Nimsdai Purja MBE, featured in “14 Peaks: Nothing Is Impossible” on Netflix, joined the adventure. There were other luminaries from the skydiving field, like David Nimmo, Raph Coudray, Dani Gallego, and more.
This has been officially launched by athletes who have broken records, like Fred Fugen, a Red Bull aerial artist, and Richard Pym, an Australian skydiver. Fugen went on to show his skills by enthralling wingsuit jumps, while Pym unfolded the Maldivian flag during his amazing jump. Fred Fugen, with his wingsuit flight, landed himself on the sandy shores quite beautifully. He even told the media that it was a beautiful experience. He had the chance to fly above the picturesque landscapes.
