UT ministry indentifies 2 places under Swadesh Darshan 2.0 scheme

The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Ministry has recognized Naimisharanya and Prayagraj as places for development under ‘Swadesh Darshan 2.0’ with the purpose of developing sustainable and responsible tourism destinations.

Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, in a written reply in Lok Sabha, said that the State Perspective Plan made by the UT state government did not contain Hastinapur Wildlife Sanctuary for improvement and growth. He also added that the government has introduced Swadesh Darshan Scheme in 2014-15 for integrated developments of Theme-Based Tourist Circuits in India and in UT, there are 08 projects of identified thematic circuits available.
