Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) has revealed plans to introduce scheduled flights to Manila, the Philippines’ capital city, commencing on November 8, 2023 bringing the airline’s network’s total number of destinations to seven. This new route will operate five times a week between Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Hong Kong.
Manila is one of the busiest cities in the region and a significant economic and commercial hub for Southeast Asia. In addition to being the country of origin for many Filipinos who work in Hong Kong, the Philippines is also well-known for its stunning scenery in Boracay, Palawan, and Cebu as well as its crystal-clear oceans. Manila is surely a convenient getaway for Hong Kong travelers coming for business or for pleasure.

The new route is served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft, configured entirely for economy class. GBA initiated scheduled services in July 2022 and currently operates flights to Bangkok, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, and Ho Chi Minh City.
