Recommended Provider across four distinct categories: Beach and Resort Holiday Providers, All-Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers, and Solo Holiday Providers.
As the largest tour operator in the UK, Jet2holidays’ ascendancy to a Which? Recommended Provider in the All-Inclusive Holiday Providers category marks a historic milestone for the consumer advocate, underscoring the company’s commitment to excellence. In a survey encompassing nearly 2,000 members of the Which? Connect panel, who experienced all-inclusive holidays in the last two years, Jet2holidays secured the highest customer score. The accolade reflects the company’s notable performance in categories such as value for money, transportation, organization, alignment of holiday descriptions with reality, and, crucially, customer service. According to Which?, Jet2holidays has not only excelled but has provided a consistent standard of service, as affirmed by a guest who stated, “I now only book through Jet2. Other companies have let us down, but Jet2 always does us proud.”
In addition to this accomplishment, Jet2holidays continues its reign as a Which? Recommended Provider for Beach and Resort Holiday Providers for the sixth consecutive year. This accolade follows the company’s attainment of the highest customer score in Which?’s comprehensive survey of over 8,000 travelers, evaluating beach and resort package holidays over the past three years. The criteria included customer service standards, accuracy of holiday descriptions, organizational efficiency, and value for money.

Recommended Provider status for the second consecutive year.
